Supply Chain Administrator, Senior

The Opportunity:

As a supply chain administrator, you will assist a team of procurement professionals by managing a portfolio of subcontract agreements and direct procurement requirements. You will balance multiple priorities to help our clients address both their current and emerging needs effectively. These objectives will be accomplished through close collaboration with internal teams, efficient facilitation of information flow across the supply chain, and the development of strong relationships with suppliers. You will ensure that sourcing requirements are met promptly and to the highest standards while negotiating favorable terms to guarantee the timely delivery of quality materials and services. Additionally, you will work directly with leaders throughout the organization to address any issues that may arise during the contracting lifecycle, ensuring that procurement activities remain cost-effective and fully compliant with our approved business systems.

On our team, you’ll use your supply chain administrative expertise to capture, implement, and manage a range of proposals and contracts in support of our government client. In this role, you’ll touch every element of government acquisition, from beginning stages to completion. You’ll review and analyze solicitations for potential risks, guide suggested proposal strategies, and advise leadership on risk mitigation strategies.

As a trusted business partner, you’ll negotiate and administer contracts with Booz Allen suppliers across a breadth of contract types. You’ll provide expert advice and counsel to program leadership on subcontract or direct procurement matters, including advising on contract types, regulatory and corporate policy compliance requirements, organizational conflicts of interest, and risk management and mitigation.

At Booz Allen, you’ll work with a collaborative team where you’ll leverage your knowledge and be empowered to succeed. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Join us. The world can’t wait.
